OUR NOTES
Crazily enough, the site of this lookout tower is RIGHT off the road – it seems like an odd place for a tower.
We quickly were able to find the cement footings and ONE of those footings was knocked out and appears to have had some sort of plaque on it. Its unreadable now. But maybe someone knows what it used to say or who placed it here all those years ago?
