1932 – Original L-4 Cab one mile southeast of the current site
1967 – L-4 cab blew away
1968 & 1969 – R-6 built on 10′ concrete base by Cedar Flats Job Corps & District Crew:
John Shaw, Ace Barton & Don Willis
2013 – Added to the National Historic Lookout Register
