1920 – Tent camp
1928 – 50′ Pole tower with 7’x7′ cab and cabin living quarters (cabin still used for storage today)
1951 – L-4 Cab on 41′ treated timber tower.
2009 – Added to The National Historic Lookout Register
2015 – Damaged by forest fire

Kris Anderson was the lookout in 2014 and 2015. Evacuated in 2015 from the wash fire. It was the closed after the wash fire due to fire damage for five years. Now staffed by Corey Nease.
