Our notes
Up until recently, the road into this site was open and in good shape. However, in the last couple of years, quite a few large trees have come down across the road and have made it inaccessible to anything other than foot traffic.
The site is fairly easy to find; the cement footings, as well as other ruins and debris, are scattered around the site.
We attempted to find the crow’s nest, but it appears that the tree was either logged or burnt and is no longer there.
