History

St Joe Baldy was first a forest service camp in the 1920.
1935 – L-4 cab was built
1954 – a concrete L-4 cab atop the minor summit 1 mile SW was built.

Today St Joe Baldy stands closed up and appears to be in use along with the electrical power atop the peak.
